Weston Trojans (Weston, CT) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Immaculate Mustangs (Danbury, CT), 46-40 in a league match.

With the victory, Weston advances its record to 7-3 on the year. The Trojans travel to Westhill (Stamford, CT) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 3-5.

The Mustangs now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pomperaug for a Southwest match on Tuesday, January 21. Immaculate will face a Panthers squad coming off a 59-57 league loss to Joel Barlow (Redding, CT). The Panthers record now stands at 5-4.
