The Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC) basketball crushed the visiting UR Academy Lions (Gastonia, NC), 80-38 in Thursday's league bout.

The Knights now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Sheets Memorial Christian for a CSAA bout on Friday, January 17. Lee Park Prep will play a Eagles team coming off a 60-46 league win over Oak Level Baptist Academy (Stokesdale, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, UR Academy falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Lions host Riverwalk Academy (Rock Hill, SC) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 23. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-10.
