Oklahoma High School Basketball - Stuart overwhelms Wewoka
January 16, 2025: Stuart, OK 74570 The Stuart Hornets basketball team scored 93 points and limited the visiting Wewoka Tigers to 62 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Hornets now have a 14-0 record. They play next when they host Indianola for a Pittsburg Eight game on Sunday, January 19. Stuart will confront a Warriors team coming off a 49-28 league loss to Haileyville (Haileyville, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 2-12.
With the loss, Wewoka falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Tigers host Community Christian (Norman, OK) to confront the Royals in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Royals go into the game with a record of 9-1. Community Christian won 36-32 in their recent non-league game against Luther (Luther, OK)
