With the victory, Butler advances its record to 8-6 on the year. The Bears host Eastern (Louisville, KY) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 1-8.
The Jaguars now own a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pickerington Central for a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. Mercy will face a Tigers squad coming off a 77-36 league win over Reynoldsburg (Reynoldsburg, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 10-3.
