Iowa High School Basketball - West Central Valley overwhelms Glidden-Ralston
January 16, 2025: Glidden, IA 51443 The West Central Valley Wildcats basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Glidden-Ralston Wildcats to 22 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now have a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Pleasantville for a West Central game on Friday, January 17. West Central Valley will confront a Trojans team coming off a 58-55 league loss to Earlham (Earlham, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Glidden-Ralston falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Paton-Churdan (Churdan, IA) to confront the Rockets in a Rolling Valley game on Friday, January 17. The Rockets go into the game with a record of 1-11. Paton-Churdan lost 52-18 in their recent league game against Boyer Valley (Dunlap, IA)
