January 16, 2025: Thibodaux, LA 70301 The Thibodaux Tigers (Thibodaux, LA) basketball toppled the visiting St. Amant Gators (St. Amant, LA), 49-41 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 12-5 record. They play next when they host St. Joseph's Academy for a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 22. Thibodaux will play a Redstickers team coming off a 51-31 non-league win over Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA). The Redstickers record now stands at 8-8.
With the loss, St. Amant falls to 12-13 on the campaign. The Gators host Central (Baton Rouge, LA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Central won 67-40 in their recent non-league bout against Ascension Christian (Gonzales, LA)
