January 16, 2025: Lecompte, LA 71346 Rapides Mustangs (Lecompte, LA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Glenmora Wildcats (Glenmora, LA), 3-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Rapides advances its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Friday, January 17. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 9-9. Calvary Baptist Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Parkway (Bossier City, LA)
The Wildcats now have a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they host D'Arbonne Woods for a non-league test on Saturday, January 18. Glenmora will clash with a team coming off a 3-2 league win over Union Parish (Farmerville, LA). The record now stands at 5-10.
