Ohio High School Basketball - Western Reserve overwhelmed by Aquinas
January 17, 2023: Berlin Center, OH 44401 The Western Reserve Blue Devils basketball team (Berlin Center, OH), was overwhelmed 77-54 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Aquinas Knights (Louisville, OH)
The Knights now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Center Christian for a Portage Trail battle on Friday, January 20. Aquinas will confront a Tiger team coming off a 37-34 non-league loss to Canton Central Catholic (Canton, OH). The Tiger record now stands at 6-7.
The Blue Devils (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Waterloo (Atwater, OH). The Vikings come into the Mahoning Valley - Scarlet battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, Waterloo was overwhelmed by Lowellville (Lowellville, OH), 85-59, in a league battle.
