January 17, 2023: Chalmette, LA 70043 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Chalmette Owls (Chalmette, LA) and the visiting L.W. Higgins Hurricanes (Marrero, LA), saw Chalmette's basketball squad wallop L.W. Higgins by a tally of 70-37.
With the victory, Chalmette improves its record to 7-11 on the campaign. The Owls travel to Reed (New Orleans, LA) to confront the Olympians in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 20. The Olympians come into the challenge with a record of 4-4.
