The Hawks now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Callaway for a Eastern Missouri battle on Friday, January 20. Clopton will battle a Thunderbirds team coming off a 66-51 league win over Wellsville-Middletown (Wellsville, MO). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 10-6.
The Pioneers (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Winfield (Winfield, MO). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, Winfield dropped by Warrenton (Warrenton, MO), 51-37, in a non-league battle.
