Missouri High School Basketball - Pleasant Hope tops Fair Play
January 17, 2023: Fair Play, MO 65649 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Pleasant Hope Pirates (Pleasant Hope, MO) and the host Fair Play Hornets (Fair Play, MO), saw Pleasant Hope's basketball squad knock off Fair Play by a count of 62-52.
With the victory, Pleasant Hope upgrades its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Sarcoxie (Sarcoxie, MO) to play the Bears in a Southwest challenge on Friday, January 20. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.
Next up, the Hornets play the Climax Springs Cougars (Climax Springs, MO) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 20. Fair Play will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 2-6 record after their 62-48 non-league loss to Macks Creek (Macks Creek, MO).
