New Jersey High School Basketball - Ferris fells Manchester Regional
January 17, 2023: Jersey City, NJ 07302 Ferris Bulldogs (Jersey City, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Manchester Regional Falcons (Haledon, NJ), 61-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Ferris upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to University Academy Charter (Jersey City, NJ) to play the Generals in a New Jersey Charter bout on Thursday, January 19. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 0-5.
Next up, the Falcons play the Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions (Paterson, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Manchester Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 71-57 league win over People's Prep (Newark, NJ).
