Alabama High School Basketball - Ramsay fells McAdory
January 17, 2023: Birmingham, AL 35205 Ramsay Rams (Birmingham, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting McAdory Yellowjackets (McCalla, AL), 62-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Ramsay upgrades its record to 15-6 on the season. The Rams travel to Jasper (Jasper, AL) to play the Vikings in a 5A Area 10 bout on Friday, January 20. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 15-5. Jasper won 75-45 in their recent league bout against Hayden (Hayden, AL)
Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Bessemer City Tigers (Bessemer, AL) in a 6A Area 7 bout, on Thursday, January 19. McAdory will attempt to upgrade on its 12-9 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-11 record after their 57-37 league loss to Brookwood (Brookwood, AL).
