Ohio High School Basketball - Ottawa Hills topped by Whiteford
January 17, 2023: Toledo, OH 43606 The Whiteford Bobcats basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Ottawa Hills Green Bears to 49 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bobcats now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Morenci for a Tri-County contest on Thursday, January 19. Whiteford will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 77-48 league loss to Madison (Adrian, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-7.
The Green Bears (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Maumee Valley Country Day (Toledo, OH). The Hawks come into the Toledo Area contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Maumee Valley Country Day was defeated by Waite (Toledo, OH), 65-56, in a non-league contest.
