The Damascus Hornets basketball team (Damascus, MD), was overwhelmed 66-24 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD)

The Barons now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blair for a non-league battle on Friday, January 20. Bethesda-Chevy Chase will confront a Blazers team coming off a 50-14 non-league loss to Churchill (Potomac, MD). The Blazers record now stands at 3-3.
