Ohio High School Basketball - Rhodes fells East
January 17, 2023: Akron, OH 44305 Rhodes Rams (Cleveland, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host East Dragons (Akron, OH), 43-27 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rhodes upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Rams travel to John F. Kennedy (Cleveland, OH) to play the Fighting Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The Fighting Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-1. John F. Kennedy lost 44-41 in their recent league bout against Garrett Morgan (Cleveland, OH)
Next up, the Dragons play the Buchtel Griffins (Akron, OH) in a Akron City bout, on Thursday, January 19. East will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Griffins go into the bout with a 0-12 record after their 58-16 league loss to Ellet (Akron, OH).
