In Tuesday's league outing, the South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV) basketball squad edged the visiting Hurricane Redskins (Hurricane, WV), by a margin of 67-60.

The Black Eagles (8-7) will now prepare for their outing against Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV). The Big Reds go into the non-league outing with a 7-8 record. In their last outing, Parkersburg was tipped by Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV), 83-68, in a non-league outing.

The Redskins now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Lincoln County for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 19. Hurricane will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 57-48 league loss to Tolsia (Fort Gay, WV). The Panthers record now stands at 4-9.
