California High School Basketball - Ojai Valley ripped by Villanova Prep
January 17, 2023: Ojai, CA 93023 The Villanova Prep Wildcats basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Ojai Valley Spuds to 11 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Reina for a Frontier contest on Thursday, January 19. Villanova Prep will battle a Regents team coming off a 54-10 league loss to Thacher (Ojai, CA). The Regents record now stands at 0-5.
The Spuds (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Beacon Hill (Camarillo, CA). The Gryphon enter the Omega contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Beacon Hill was routed by Hillcrest Christian (Thousand Oaks, CA), 50-22, in a league contest.
