California High School Basketball - Del Oro crushes Placer
January 17, 2023: Loomis, CA 95650 Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA), 51-16 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Del Oro upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles travel to Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA) to play the Grizzlies in a bout on Thursday, January 19. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a record of 12-6.
Next up, the Hillmen play the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Placer will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Miners come into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 50-20 league win over West Park (Roseville, CA).
