With the victory, South Lyon East moves its record to 5-12 on the campaign. The Cougars host Franklin (Livonia, MI) to face the Patriots in a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. The Patriots go into the contest with a record of 13-12. Franklin won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Oxford (Oxford, MI)
