January 17, 2024: Allentown, PA 18109 Louis E. Dieruff Huskies (Allentown, PA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Northampton Konkrete Kids (Northampton, PA), 52-49 in a league bout.
With the victory, Louis E. Dieruff upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Easton Area (Easton, PA) to play the Rovers in a Lehigh Valley bout on Monday, January 22. The Rovers come into the bout with a record of 5-10. Easton Area lost 71-38 in their recent non-league bout against Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, NJ)
Next up, the Konkrete Kids play the Emmaus Hornets (Emmaus, PA) in a Lehigh Valley bout, on Monday, January 22. Northampton will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Hornets come into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 54-40 league win over Whitehall (Whitehall, PA).
