Idaho High School Basketball - Raft River nips Murtaugh
January 17, 2024: Malta, ID 83342 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Raft River Trojans (Malta, ID) and the visiting Murtaugh Red Devils (Murtaugh, ID), saw Raft River's basketball squad hold off Murtaugh by a count of 59-55.
With the victory, Raft River upgrades its record to 1-9 on the campaign. The Trojans host Lighthouse Christian (Twin Falls, ID) to play the Lions in a 1A I Snake River challenge on Friday, January 19. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 8-3.
Next up, the Red Devils play the Shoshone Indians (Shoshone, ID) in a 1A I Snake River challenge, on Friday, January 19. Murtaugh will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record.
