The Mills Vikings basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Capuchino Mustangs to 23 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Vikings now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Half Moon Bay for a Peninsula - Bay contest on Friday, January 19. Mills will battle a Cougars team coming off a 41-33 league loss to Carlmont (Belmont, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 11-4.

The Mustangs (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Sequoia (Redwood City, CA). The Ravens enter the Peninsula - Ocean contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Sequoia triumphed over Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA), 45-27, in a league contest.
