January 17, 2024: Farmington, CT 06032 Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT), 46-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Simsbury upgrades its record to 12-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Middletown (Middletown, CT) to play the Blue Dragons in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Blue Dragons enter the game with a record of 7-3. Middletown won 59-29 in their recent non-league game against Plainville (Plainville, CT)
With the defeat, Farmington moves to 6-6 on the year. The River hawks travel to Hall (West Hartford, CT) to face the Titans in a Central Connecticut - West Colonial game on Friday, January 19.
