January 17, 2024: Fort Worth, TX 76114 Castleberry Lions (Fort Worth, TX) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Gainesville Leopards (Gainesville, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Carter-Riverside Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Castleberry will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Burleson (Burleson, TX).
The Leopards now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Anna for a 4A Region 2 District 11 challenge on Tuesday, January 23.
