Colorado High School Basketball - Pomona victorious over Adams City

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Pomona Panthers basketball team scored a good 46-36 triumph over the Adams City Eagles.

The Panthers (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Golden (Golden, CO). The Demons go into the 5A/4A Jeffco contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Golden was topped by Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO), 56-53, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Aurora Central Trojans (Aurora, CO) in a 5A/4A Colorado contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Adams City will attempt to better on its 3-11 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 6-7 record after their 67-51 league win over Gateway (Aurora, CO).
