Georgia High School Basketball - Buford defeats Collins Hill
January 17, 2025: Suwanee, GA 30024 The Buford Wolves (Buford, GA) basketball were winner over the host Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA), 71-55 in Friday's league bout.
The Wolves now possess a 14-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southwest DeKalb for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18. Buford will play a Panthers team coming off a 55-50 league win over Lithonia (Lithonia, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 17-1.
With the loss, Collins Hill falls to 11-9 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA) to confront the Bears in a AAAAAA Region 8 game on Tuesday, January 21. The Bears go into the game with a record of 4-15. Mountain View lost 54-42 in their recent league game against Dacula (Dacula, GA)
