Illinois High School Basketball - Bureau Valley overwhelms Knoxville
January 17, 2025: Manlius, IL 61338 The Bureau Valley Storm basketball team scored 78 points and limited the visiting Knoxville Blue Bullets to 46 in the Storm non-league triumph on Friday.
The Storm now have a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Wethersfield for a Lincoln Trail game on Tuesday, January 21. Bureau Valley will confront a Flying Geese team coming off a 52-36 non-league loss to Henry-Senachwine (Henry, IL). The Flying Geese record now stands at 5-13.
With the loss, Knoxville falls to 0-17 on the campaign. The Blue bullets travel to Annawan (Annawan, IL) to confront the Braves/Bravettes in a Lincoln Trail game on Tuesday, January 21.
