The Centennial Broncos basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Centura Centurions to 37 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Friday.

The Broncos now have a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Central City for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Centennial will confront a Bison team coming off a 62-18 non-league win over Ravenna (Ravenna, NE). The Bison record now stands at 8-6.

With the loss, Centura falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Centurions host Cozad (Cozad, NE) to confront the Haymakers in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The Haymakers go into the game with a record of 11-2. Cozad won 62-59 in their recent league game against Gothenburg (Gothenburg, NE)
