January 17, 2025: Greenwood, IN 46143 The Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN) basketball edged the visiting Greenwood Christian Academy Cougars (Greenwood, IN), 42-39 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Greenwood for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18. Center Grove will play a Woodmen team coming off a 52-49 non-league win over Whiteland (Whiteland, IN). The Woodmen record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Greenwood Christian Academy falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Bethesda Christian (Brownsburg, IN) to play the Patriots in a Pioneer - South bout on Friday, January 24. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Bethesda Christian won 43-36 in their recent league bout against International (Indianapolis, IN)
