January 17, 2025: Okay, OK 74446 Okay Mustangs (Okay, OK) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Gore Pirates (Gore, OK), 80-47 in a league match.
With the victory, Okay advances its record to 12-3 on the year. The Mustangs host Fairland (Fairland, OK) to face the Owls in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. The Owls enter the match with a record of 13-1. Fairland won 77-36 in their recent league match against Welch (Welch, OK)
The Pirates now own a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. Gore will face a Tigers squad coming off a 57-46 non-league loss to Muldrow (Muldrow, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 6-4.
