Louisiana High School Basketball - Word of God Academy victorious over John Paul the Great Academy

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Word of God Academy Force basketball team scored a good 44-30 triumph over the John Paul the Great Academy Guardians.

The Force (15-4) will now prepare for their contest against Shreveport HomeSchool Sports (Shreveport, LA). The Force go into the Christian Educators of Louisiana - North contest with a 24-12 record. In their last contest, Shreveport HomeSchool Sports was toppled by Little Rock HomeSchool (Little Rock, AR), 56-54, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Guardians confront the Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool (Lake Charles, LA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. John Paul the Great Academy will attempt to better on its 5-12 season record. The go into the contest with a 14-5 record after their 44-39 league loss to Bishop Noland Episcopal Day (Lake Charles, LA).
