Georgia High School Basketball - Tabernacle Christian sneaks past Old Suwanee Christian
January 17, 2025: Buford, GA 30518 The Tabernacle Christian Conquerors (Hickory, NC) basketball edged the host Old Suwanee Christian Conquerors (Buford, GA), 53-49 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Conquerors now possess a 1-10 record. They play next when they travel to Hendersonville Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18. Tabernacle Christian will play a Crusaders team coming off a 72-44 non-league loss to Horizon Christian Academy (Cumming, GA). The Crusaders record now stands at 9-7.
With the loss, Old Suwanee Christian falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Conquerors travel to Kings Way Christian School (Douglasville, GA) to play the Crusaders in a GCAA Region II bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 2-11. Kings Way Christian School lost 90-37 in their recent non-league bout against Bible Baptist Christian (Hampton, GA)
