January 17, 2025: Osborn, MO 64474 The Osborn Wildcats (Osborn, MO) basketball edged the visiting Winston Red Birds (Winston, MO), 52-49 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Mound City for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. Osborn will play a Panthers team coming off a 66-46 non-league loss to Rock Port (Rock Port, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 6-10.
With the loss, Winston falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Red birds travel to Albany (Albany, MO) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Albany lost 49-44 in their recent league bout against North Andrew (Rosendale, MO)
