January 17, 2025: Lakewood, OH 44107 The St. Edward Eagles (Lakewood, OH) basketball were winner over the visiting Walsh Jesuit Warriors (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), 71-55 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Louisville for a Freelance bout on Friday, January 24. St. Edward will play a Leopards team coming off a 66-56 non-league win over Archbishop Alter (Kettering, OH). The Leopards record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Walsh Jesuit falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Knights go into the game with a record of 11-1. Archbishop Hoban won 89-79 in their recent non-league game against Solon (Solon, OH)
