Oklahoma High School Basketball - Alex thwarts Sterling
January 17, 2025: Sterling, OK 73567 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Alex Longhorns (Alex, OK) and the host Sterling Tigers (Sterling, OK), observed Alex's basketball team knock off Sterling by a score of 42-27.
The Longhorns (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Dibble (Dibble, OK). The Demons go into the non-league bout with a 7-7 record. In their last bout, Dibble fell by Davis (Davis, OK), 65-42, in a non-league bout.
With the loss, Sterling falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Fletcher (Fletcher, OK) to play the Wildcats in a Caddo-Comanche bout on Monday, January 20. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Fletcher won 58-31 in their recent league bout against Indiahoma (Indiahoma, OK)
