The Charlotte Fightin' Tarpons (Punta Gorda, FL) basketball were winner over the visiting Unicoi County Blue Devils (Erwin, TN), 50-34 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Fightin' Tarpons now possess a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Carrollwood Day for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18. Charlotte will play a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Sports Leadership & Management (Tampa, FL). The Patriots record now stands at 0-6.
