In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Colonel Richardson Colonels basketball team scored a big 64-29 triumph over the Washington Jaguars.

The Colonels (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Queen Anne's County (Centreville, MD). The Lions go into the Bayside - North contest with a 10-0 record. In their last contest, Queen Anne's County smashed Kent Island (Stevensville, MD), 48-28, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Jaguars confront the Decatur Seahawks (Berlin, MD) in a Bayside - South contest, on Wednesday, January 22. Washington will attempt to better on its 0-10 season record. The Seahawks go into the contest with a 9-2 record after their 44-41 league loss to Parkside (Salisbury, MD).
