Texas High School Soccer - Strake Jesuit knocks off Ridge Point
January 17, 2025: Missouri City, TX 77459 The Strake Jesuit Fighting Crusaders soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Ridge Point Panthers to 0 in the Fighting Crusaders non-league victory on Friday.
The Fighting Crusaders now hold a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Benjamin Davis for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18. Strake Jesuit will play a Falcons squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Heights (Houston, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Ridge Point moves to 1-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX) to play the Knights in a 6A Region 3 District 21 bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Fort Bend Elkins 2-2 in their recent non-league bout against Frenship (Wolfforth, TX)
