The Miami-Yoder Buffaloes basketball team (Rush, CO), dropped 47-36 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Liberty Tree Academy War Eagles (Peyton, CO)

The War Eagles (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Simla (Simla, CO). The Cubs come into the 2A Black Forrest challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Simla defeated Hoehne (Hoehne, CO), 76-34, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Buffaloes battle the Pikes Peak Christian Eagles (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 1A Black Forrest challenge, on Thursday, January 22. Miami-Yoder will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record.
