Iowa High School Basketball - Fort Dodge tops Urbandale
January 18, 2022: Urbandale, IA 50322 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Fort Dodge Dodgers (Fort Dodge, IA) and the host Urbandale J-Hawks (Urbandale, IA), saw Fort Dodge's basketball squad knock off Urbandale by a count of 74-61.
With the victory, Fort Dodge upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Dodgers travel to Ankeny Centennial (Ankeny, IA) to play the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 20. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 9-1. Ankeny Centennial won 75-17 in their recent non-league challenge against Hoover (Des Moines, IA)
Next up, the J-Hawks play the Lewis Central Titans (Council Bluffs, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 24. Urbandale will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 48-31 league win over Shenandoah (Shenandoah, IA).
