Wisconsin High School Basketball - New Holstein thwarts Kewaunee
January 18, 2022: Kewaunee, WI 54216 The New Holstein Huskies (New Holstein, WI) basketball knocked off the host Kewaunee Storm (Kewaunee, WI), 58-40 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Huskies (13-1) will now prepare for their test against Brillion (Brillion, WI). The Lions go into the Eastern Wisconsin test with a 15-2 record. In their last test, Brillion notched a victory over Reedsville (Reedsville, WI), 48-45, in a non-league test.
The Storm now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Algoma for a Packerland test on Thursday, January 20. Kewaunee will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 48-27 league win over Gibraltar (Fish Creek, WI). The Wolves record now stands at 6-9.
