The North Star Huskies basketball team (Eagle, ID), was overwhelmed 49-28 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Notus Pirates (Notus, ID)

The Pirates now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Victory Charter for a 1A Western Idaho battle on Friday, January 21. Notus will confront a Vipers team coming off a 44-26 league win over Riverstone International (Boise, ID). The Vipers record now stands at 4-7.

The Huskies (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Rimrock (Bruneau, ID). The Raiders come into the 1A Western Idaho battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, Rimrock trounced Greenleaf Friends Academy (Greenleaf, ID), 35-31, in a league battle.
