Michigan High School Basketball - Adrian crushes Sexton
January 18, 2023: Adrian, MI 49221 Adrian Maples (Adrian, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sexton Big Reds (Lansing, MI), 75-54 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Adrian upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Maples host Pinckney (Pinckney, MI) to play the Pirates in a Southeastern - White bout on Friday, January 20. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Pinckney lost 52-48 in their recent non-league bout against Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI)
Next up, the Big Reds play the Ionia Bulldogs (Ionia, MI) in a Capital Area - White bout, on Friday, January 20. Sexton will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 9-0 record after their 63-51 non-league win over St. Johns (St. Johns, MI).
