Arkansas High School Basketball - Centerpoint nudges Bismarck
January 18, 2023: Amity, AR 71921 In Wednesday's league outing, the Centerpoint Knights (Amity, AR) basketball squad edged the visiting Bismarck Lions (Bismarck, AR), by a count of 51-48.
The Knights (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Harmony Grove (Benton, AR). The Cardinals go into the 3A Region 7 outing with a 14-3 record. In their last outing, Harmony Grove held off Genoa Central (Texarkana, AR), 61-37, in a league outing.
The Lions now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Fouke for a 3A Region 7 outing on Friday, January 20. Bismarck will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 57-52 league loss to Prescott (Prescott, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 9-6.
