January 18, 2023: Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Deerfield Beach Bucks (Deerfield Beach, FL) and the visiting McArthur Mustangs (Hollywood, FL), saw Deerfield Beach's basketball squad wallop McArthur by a count of 87-64.
With the victory, Deerfield Beach upgrades its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Bucks host Monarch (Coconut Creek, FL) to play the Knights in a 7A District 13 challenge on Friday, January 20. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 4-12. Monarch lost 77-46 in their recent non-league challenge against South Plantation (Plantation, FL)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Monsignor Pace Spartans (Miami, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 20. McArthur will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 72-43 non-league loss to Boyd Anderson (Lauderdale Lakes, FL).
