January 18, 2023: Hamden, CT 02120 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Sacred Heart Academy (Hamden, CT) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Windsor Warriors (Windsor, CT), by a margin of 67-37.
The (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against Guilford (Guilford, CT). The Grizzlies go into the Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset outing with a 2-7 record. In their last outing, Guilford was trounced by Hand (Madison, CT), 54-33, in a non-league outing.
The Warriors now own a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest Catholic for a non-league outing on Friday, January 20. Windsor will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 55-37 non-league win over Canton (Canton, CT). The Lions record now stands at 8-3.
