Illinois High School Basketball - Uplift thwarts Chicago Academy
January 18, 2023: Chicago, IL 60634 The Uplift Titans (Chicago, IL) basketball knocked off the host Chicago Academy Cougars (Chicago, IL), 44-30 in Wednesday's league test.
The Titans (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Rickover Naval (Chicago, IL). The Seadragons go into the test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Rickover Naval went down by Intrinsic (Chicago, IL), 44-42, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Alcott for a non-league test on Friday, January 20.
