Kansas High School Basketball - Junction City fells Gardner-Edgerton
January 18, 2024: Gardner, KS 66030 Junction City Bluejays (Junction City, KS) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Gardner-Edgerton Trailblazers (Gardner, KS), 67-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Junction City upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Bluejays travel to Olathe South (Olathe, KS) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Olathe South won 75-72 in their recent non-league bout against Blue Valley Southwest (Overland Park, KS)
Next up, the Trailblazers play the Blue Valley Southwest Timberwolves (Overland Park, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 19. Gardner-Edgerton will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 75-72 non-league loss to Olathe South (Olathe, KS).
