Missouri High School Basketball - Kingsville nips Sherwood
January 18, 2024: Creighton, MO 64739 Kingsville Tigers (Kingsville, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Sherwood Marksmen (Creighton, MO), 64-62 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Kingsville upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Miami (Amoret, MO) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-9. Miami lost 63-24 in their recent non-league bout against Drexel (Drexel, MO)
Next up, the Marksmen play the Versailles Tigers (Versailles, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 19. Sherwood will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 11-2 record after their 90-79 league win over Butler (Butler, MO).
